There are a few application for maid's permit that is not accepted by Sistem Maid Online (SMO).
Below are the list of application that are not accepted by SMO:-
1. Application for second, third and forth maid.
2. Application for maid that is over the age of 45 years old.
3. Application for maid that is under the age of 21 years old.
4. Application for maid that have stayed in Malaysia over 30 days. Which means that the maid's visitor visa has already expired (overstayed).
5. Application for maid that have been blacklisted by Malaysian Immigration.
6. Application for maid that have no Immigration entry record.
7. Application for maid that still have valid work permit from previous employer (any sector).
8. Application for a male maid.
